Great service and very friendly staff.
I had registered my car for a small inspection and got a replacement vehicle for a fee, with which I drove 7 km (verifiably). When refueling before returning I could not explain this VW "Schluckspecht" after 5 €, which needs so many liters for 7 km. The terse statement of the employee, probably my predecessor would not have filled up, but now it is full. My own car, on which only brake and clutch fluid was exchanged, had 14 km more on the odometer reading after 1 day at the dealership (also verifiably) than when it was delivered. I didn't get an explanation, just the assumption that I would probably have read a number rotator while reading it. A bold statement that leads me to believe that my car was used for messenger trips (customers, spare parts or snacks). A test drive of 3 km was granted, the missing km was not. Compensation neither addressed nor offered. ... even more, the € 4 will be charged for a new key battery. Conclusion: not a dealership for me that deserves my trust!

At this point, once again, many thanks to the team !! Super fast, super friendly ... Axle from left defective changed from one day to the next despite a tight workforce. Respect for the service! Then arrived home without any problems! There were still 600km.

If there are already discussions that you can not bring the oil for service with the overpriced liter prices, because Mr. Maier forbids this, I go back to the dealer with the three big letters in the city of Munich.

At first I was pleasantly surprised because I was given the choice to leave my car without a pass. But unfortunately it started: I asked if there was someone who would drive me home because I live only 2 km away. When I got there and left my car, it was not known how long I would have to wait for a driver ... I had my car delivered on a Tuesday. Normally I know it from other workshops, that one gets on Friday a intermediate state of his car - unfortunately that is not so in the car dealership Maier. When I called on Monday morning, it was said "their car could be finished today, I'll call you again". Nobody answered ... the next day, so already one week after I had left the car, I called again in the morning and wanted to know when I could get my car because the statement was "her car is already finished". I wonder why nobody contacted me ... What really annoys me, however, was the fact that in the pouring rain I had to search my car in the parking lot and I ALWAYS lose coolant.
